Lodges
Newly built for 2025, our lodges are fully self contained units that provide more of the comforts of home while enjoying the beautiful environs of Budle Bay. Each lodge includes its own private kitchen, bathroom and lounge areas – both inside and on your own private veranda.

Fully self contained kitchen within your lodge, including cookware
Dark skies for beautiful stargazing opportunities from your private veranda (Ash and Pine) / seating area (Aspen and Silver Birch)
Dog friendly (1 dog per lodge limit)
Central heating in Silver Birch and Aspen lodges, electric heating in Pine and Ash lodges
Private bathroom within your lodge, including toilet and a shower
Peaceful sleeping, with quiet on site from 10:30pm each night (11pm on Fridays and Saturdays)
Supermarkets and the local pub all deliver food to the site
Large outdoor play area (open 9:00 – 20:00)
What we provide
- Kitchen appliances (kettle, fridge, microwave and hob)
- Cookware, dishware and cutlery, plus washing up supplies
What you’ll need to bring
- Bedding (sleeping bags, pillows, etc.)
- Toilet paper and towels
Please note:
- A fully refundable £50 damage and cleaning deposit is required upon arrival (see our terms and conditions for more details). We ask that you please wash up any used cookware and dishware before leaving.
- As per national guidelines, we do not allow children under 6 years old on the top bunks of our bunk beds

Ash Lodge
aSH LODGE
1 – 4 PEOPLE
Built in the centre of the campsite, with views from its private veranda to the river and the fields beyond, Ash Lodge is a spacious lodge for sociable groups of 1 – 4 people. It includes one large bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.

Pine Lodge
PINE LODGE
1 – 4 PEOPLE
Nestled under our stand of pine trees near the front of the site, Pine Lodge is a comfy and peaceful lodge for 1 – 4 people. With a private veranda overlooking the river, the environs is surrounded by trees and birds roosting and nesting in the spring and summer. It includes one bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.

Aspen Lodge
ASPEN LODGE

One of two lodges built in our converted bunkhouse, Aspen Lodge provides a cosy and comfortable stay for 1 – 2 people. It includes one bedroom with a double bed and a covered seating area at the front of the lodge.

The larger of two lodges built in our converted bunkhouse, Silver Birch Lodge provides a sociable and comfortable stay for 1 – 6 people. It includes one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and bunkbed, and a covered seating area at the front of the lodge.
